Hi, I'm Kim!

Kim Boyce Koreiba is a former Miss Florida, Contemporary Christian recording artist, author, and top-producing real estate professional. With eleven #1 Christian radio hits and seven books to her name, she has spent decades inspiring audiences through music, writing, and speaking, touring both nationally and internationally. After more than a decade performing in Branson’s premier shows with her husband, Gary, Kim transitioned her passion for helping others into a successful real estate career in Missouri. In 2025, she returned to her native Florida, earned her Florida real estate license and joined S&D Real Estate in Lakeland. Kim and Gary are proud parents of two accomplished sons—Gary II, a Nashville-based musician and songwriter, and Alexander, a professional race car driver.
